The Governor of Bayelsa State His Excellency, Hon. Henry Seriake Dickson will formally declare his bid to contest the December 5th, 2015 gubernatorial elections as follows:

By this announcement all the good people of Bayelsa state, leaders of thought, market women, opinion leaders, artisans, Peoples Democratic Party, PDP members, supporters of the party and non-indigenes resident in the State and beyond are enjoined to come out en-mass and participate in the event.
